If Users browse to a SharePoint Online site via MS Teams, does SharePoint Online permissions control what Users can and cannot do, or are there any MS Teams permissions that come into play?

    Zeke, I find most people don't realise that team members have permission to contribute to and edit the SharePoint site behind a team. It's possible to change the SharePoint permissions for the site, but it's not recommend to change Member permissions. It could effect the team member experience from within Teams.
