does caller id policy support direct number

    Caller ID support the subscriber (user) number, service number (I.e. one affixed to call queue or auto attendant) or anonymous Hope that answers your question Best, Chris

      so that means it will not support caller id manipulation for Direct routing number and support for only MS calling plan number
