- plizonCopper ContributorSome 3rd part app only work for users on our tenant, not for meeting invitees (for example : Slido). Do you plan to allow the same user experience for all users, as it's complicated to explain our users that some features or app they could use, only work with "internal" users
- DoraChanFormer EmployeeIt depends on who these invitees are. All external user behavior is defined here, and I’d love feedback on where we can improve that: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/non-standard-users
- plizonCopper ContributorHello Dora, here is a use case which occurs quite daily : we organize webinars for what Microsoft describe as "anonymous users". We don't use Teams Live event due to the lack of possibilities (not able to have 2 or more remote presenters at the same time on screen...), so we are forced to use Teams "classical" meetings or the webinar option which is great... BUT : When viewers are anonymous, there is tons of things that we cannot use, for example : The new Microsoft app Q&R, and moreover, Q&R is not usable on the web version of Teams (and most of our viewer use this method to connect to our webinars). And the same occurs with all companions app such as SLIDO and so on... And by the way, if the message confirmation of a teams webinar could be localized in the language of the organizer instead of only english, or event better, could totally be personalized by the organizer (so we could embed logo, specific contente such agenda...) it would be great !
