- I'm struggling to get Android Teams phone for end users added to my Tenant when I have Intune enabled for conditional access policies and MFA. I see there have been many additions in my Teams Admin Center for provisioning.. can you give a brief process for that.. or maybe share a doc on setup?

- Is it possible to use a phone number as your caller ID, that is not part of your Teams tenant? Can we sign a form that allows us to use it?
- Can you have custom outbound name display in Canada for our phones?
- Can you speak to the issues regarding Outlook contacts syncing to the Teams client(s)? We notice improvements on desk phones (with mfg updates from 2 days ago) and desktop client; but the mobile clients still don't show them.

- Any plan to integrate pause dialling with PSTN, currently extension dialling with PSTN does not complete the call as expected.

- Will the SIP gateway be backward compatible with SfB profiles or will devices using those profiles need to be reconfigured?
- The SIP gateway will support native SIP devices, you must switch the device into SIP mode first.

- Is there a feature set comparison for SfB mode vs. native SIP? Specifically I'm thinking about phones like Poly VVX where the SfB experience has features beyond basic calling.
- We are currently started using Teams phone and one of the questions we get asked is if the voicemails can be forwarded or deleted from the Call Queues. Is this something that can be done?
- Voice mail is saved in a shared mailbox for Call Queues, so from that mailbox you could setup mailbox rules.
