Deskphones do not support Teams messages. If you need chats/messages enabled on device, please try Teams displays. They support calling/meetings and chats/channels.

I am trying to understand what emergency notifications we can tap into on Teams desk phones. Is this something that could be developed? I imagine it would be a highly desired function for schools/businesses dealing with emergency response flows.
