Good Day! I work for Make-A-Wish America, We have about 90 locations nationwide. Currently we have a VOIP provider, Mitel, and are looking to change it out in the next 18 months. We are a full MS shop and are wondering what the lift would be change all those locations over? LOL! We know a lot would be a large endeavor. We of our 2000+ users, 40+ present are full remote at home users.

- LinusCansbyNov 09, 2021MVPI'm working with a similar project that ended up with a couple of different solutions. That customer will use a mix of Calling Plans, Operator Connect and Direct Routing from different carriers. For some countries it is impossible to switch carrier, you have contracts and regulations. So it is possible to switch from Mitel to Teams, but it will probably not be one solution for all countries.
