Would be great to get some clarification on Microsoft's stance related to Attendant/Receptionist consoles. There are some great 3rd party solutions (e.g. Landis) but it sounds like they are waiting for some ACS APIs to be released before they can release their applications? This is really inhibiting our ability to sell to larger firms in some verticals (e.g. legal, financial services).
