We have clients who want to move from services like RingCentral and 8x8 to Teams voice, but they cannot due to the absence of this basic feature. Every single time it is addressed, Microsoft says "we're looking into it" and to submit feedback to Uservoice. This has been the playbook for the past 10 years since Lync and Skype for Business.
