One of the topics that came up at Ignite was SMS on business phone numbers. It sounded like that's been widely requested and there might be something in the works? I think there is something for consumer Teams, so wondering if that same approach will find its way into the business-focused versions of Teams?
- LinusCansbyNov 09, 2021MVPTelephony carriers have to support SMS on landline numbers, and that is not possible today. If mobile numbers will be supported in Teams that would be possible. There are some 3rd party apps in Teams so you can with your carrier add their app to get SMS support in Teams.
