The in-call reporting metrics is a huge improvement from having nothing. Is work being done to add additional metrics? Inbound video metrics would be great. I'd also like to see past call metrics for post-mortem troubleshooting.

We're always looking at ways to enhance the utility of Real-time Analytics including adding new metrics that may prove useful when monitoring a user's telemetry. In regards to 'past-call metrics', we have Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard which provide post-call telemetry for admins based off of the Quality of Experience (QoE) data that we receive from the client once a call has ended. Or is there something else that you had in mind?
