Teams is very frustrating. Sync only works one direction - if a document is created in teams (word or excel), it will save to to the synced onedrive. If it's created on the desktop version and saved into the same one drive folder, it does NOT sync into Teams, creating inaccurate documents on Teams for team members. In addition, PDFs are unable to be edited at all as forms, and Word documents as forms (using the form fields and developer tab) are either blocked or unable to be modified if you protect the document so it can only be used as a form. 99% of our teams use Office 365 online, but can't actually use any of the Microsoft Office programs because the Teams versions have such limited functionality or they destroy or eliminate any formatting done on the desktop Office 365 versions. We are VERY disappointed in accessibility and functionality. Very counterintuitive design. It's not AT ALL as advertised, and has been nothing but problems since implementing.
