- Petri-XBronze ContributorIs there some hopes that when presenter shares the application that participants can make it on a real full screen on their site? Currently "full screen" mode still have videos/avatars and other items to not focus to the content to be shared. But also screens are not too big, so the space should be used a bit more smarter, I hope.
- Petri-XBronze ContributorBig thanks Elisabeth and Holly. I'll try to setup the feedback 🙂
- Holly LehmanFormer EmployeeGreat conversation everyone! Please keep the conversation and questions coming!
- thinkfirstCopper ContributorI am very short-sighted with an astigmatism - when will we be able to change font and window size in Teams i.e. close the side panel ?
- ChrisF1Copper ContributorYou've mentioned less noticeable disabilities such as anxiety and depression - then I got a Teams call (of course). Is the "current - Multiple ways to contribute" section referencing these disabilities? Are there enhancements in the pipeline that you can discuss?
- devb35Copper Contributorwhat is the best way to manage folder structure in Teams? Is there any update recently?
- Matt_HudginsCopper ContributorWe have someone in our organization that has a hearing disability. The person works with multiple outside vendors and often times can be embarrassed by asking the organizer to record the meeting. Since the meetings are usually initiated by an external person the option isnt available for the person to initiate recordings. Is this something that Microsoft is working on allowing?
- Matt_HudginsCopper ContributorIt would be a vendor that the person is working with. Live captions are ok but they arent stored or recorded anywhere.
- Holly LehmanFormer EmployeePlease send me your email and we can look more into this! Holle@Microsoft.com
- Matt_HudginsCopper Contributoryes one more question 1 second
- thinkfirstCopper ContributorHad never thought of GIFs in that way, in terms of accessibility, very helpful context
- DEDrasherCopper ContributorAny chance at turning on CC for this?
- Holly LehmanFormer EmployeeWorking on this now! Apologies.
- Holly LehmanFormer EmployeeThis is something you can turn on from your side of the Teams meeting in the ... More option "Live Captions"

Holly, viewers are seeing this in YouTube and CC is unavailable. If the presenter turns on Live Captions we should all be able to see them

Where are CART captions stored? Are they discoverable? Can the CART captions be automatically deleted when a meeting ends?- Holly LehmanFormer EmployeeEmbedded CART captioning support for Teams meetings : Teams meetings now support integration with real-time captioning providers and CART writers (Communication Access Real-Time Transcription) so that users who utilize CART captions can view the captions in the same window as their meeting. At the moment, CART has not yet been released for Web. This is on the roadmap and should be live in the next few months.
- Stephen RoseFormer EmployeeCART captions are currently not available in Teams as of today. We will have more to share on timelines in the next few weeks. Here is what CART Captions are for those who are not aware of CART. Users will now be able to view captions coming from a CART provider (real-time captioning) within the Microsoft Teams meeting on Chrome and Edge. Meeting organizers and participants will be able to ask their captioning providers to stream captions to Microsoft Teams.
