Hi Jeffry, I hear your point, have you looked into Delivery Optimization? It is easy to implement, free of charge and covers a variety of products.

yes but not a good for small sites, the network group does not like using internet as more and more solutions require internet, downloading content impacts the business

    That's true. From the monitoring side you will see that Delivery Optimization will eradicate many issues on this frontier. Let it be Windows Store apps (esp. internal Windows apps), Winget, Office and Windows Update and Drivers.
