you can also use the win32 and script features in intune to uninstall these types of apps. reimaging a device just to remove a handful of apps is a bit overkill
The reason why customers don't do that is the amount of time it takes for those "special orders" to get delivered. That is why customers choose to buy stock devices that are full of marketing tools etc.
