Hi Karl, Thank you for the feedback on the GitHub Releases for the REST Source we have included a PowerShell module that you can import and run that will stand up all of the required Azure resources and prepare a REST source for use in your Enterprise. Once you've imported it you can run the PowerShell cmdlets to connect and stand up the environment.
