Can you speak some to policy conflicts and policy application, re: speed and direct/force application. policy seems to take time to apply.

Oct 26, 2022Hi Todd, there are multiple events that will trigger a device to check in to receive policy. Some examples are the 8 hour polling schedule, an expedited schedule at enrollment, user login, receipt of a push notification from check in Intune, and a user hitting the sync button. A check-in itself can take a few seconds depending on the size of the SyncML payload. There are other factors to note like AAD grouping change processing time and assignment time in Intune. Hope this helps!
