Migrating to the cloud: How do (or should) you get there?

I see the Microsoft Security Baseline, but then I go to look for the settings within Intune and they aren't there, but then they are there in group policy. Are there plans for Day 0 support for when Microsoft releases recommended security settings? Would be nice to have all that just configurable in the Settings Catalog.
