Is this solutions like Patch My PC? So I can create, deploy and update for both Congratulation manager and Intune.

This will be Microsoft Intune only, although there's no reason this should not work with co-managed devices that have the apps workload swung over.

      The Intune Suite is a separate add-on https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/business/microsoft-intune-pricing
