I agree my company went with another product due to cost and functionality.
Which product did you choose?
Remote help was very cool and useful while in preview mode and still free.
but once it became in production the cost is, in my opinion, a bit too high.
- We choose GoToResolve in the end as it met all of our needs. Unattended access was the most important thing and although it doesn't sync with intune directly you can deploy it easily through the Intune Portal.
