Does the Remote Support require 3rd party remote application like TeamViewer or other licensing or is it strictly Microsoft Remote control tool? what is the cost?

    The Remote help solution that Lance is talking about does not require TeamViewer, it's native in Intune. You can purchase Remote help licenses, or sign-up for a Trial, in the Tenant Administration > Premium Add-ons in the Intune admin center.
