why charge for remote help, and the cost is higher than other app that have been doing this for years? MS should give it away which will improve adoption and functionality

    Some customers may not need these additional capabilities, though. In my mind, they've made these enhancements available as an add-on for customer choice as well as avoid some partner conflict (think Teamviewer integrations). I'm glad to see some of the roadmap enhancements for remote help as the first iteration didn't meet the value prop at the current pricing.
