My experience on Android Enterprise with Shared Device mode and logging off and the previous user and logging in with the next user, is that not all data is removed. Some app data is left behind on very specific apps. Also when assigning policies by using filters, we can't disable the device pin on a Samsung device. Are we doing something wrong? What's your experience?

For the app data clear question, unless the application is integrated with MSAL, it's a best effort to clear the app data and is subject to how the application stores its data. Can you share which application(s) you're having issues with? Feel free to send me a direct message if you don't want to share here.
