Reporting takes time, back in the old SMS with web reports it was easy to build reports. The SQL reporting services in SCCM CB was changed which was powerful but horrible to edit. Reporting helps user to at data per machine, lists of devices, etc. Canned reports would be a great start to help users edit instead of starting from scratch.
