Better reporting is the number one thing for me, especially on the software side. Currently the only choices to get real meaningful data (machine details, software statuses like the inventory from CM, etc) is to either learn PowerBI or deep dive graph via Powershell). Better canned reports designed around typical executive asks would be really helpful.
