How does the licensing work - per user, admin and user?

- Is the license needed only for users that really have at least one active (non-revoked, non-expired) cert there? Or is it based on some other plan, e.g. we need to assign the license to everyone with a specific E-plan license?
- Will this be included with M3 level licensing? I'll be honest, I feel we pay enough and PKI is a missing core feature, not a recent optional paid-upgrade. If not included with M3, it's a big gaffe on the biling side, in my mind.
- Not sure what you mean by M3 (Microsoft 365?), but it's available as a standalone option, or as part of the Intune Suite for $10 per user per month. That's in addition to the EM&S E3/E5 license you already need to use Intune.

I wish I was willing to pay that. I'll be more direct. Intune, has been missing PKI support since it was first offered. It's not a feature add, it's a missing piece. It's like selling us the 4th tire on a car for $2 a month. Hard pass for me, but let me know when it's included.
