Building a tamper-resilient endpoint with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender

You are talking about P1. Something that isn't entirely clear to me is if that licensing makes the central management available in Security.microsoft.com. Or is it purely that you are able to set certain policies. How do you manage the P1 licensed stuff? Like reporting etc.
