Joe_Luriethank you for providing this info. This isn't an apt comparison, though, because it's not Intune Suite vs. a full complement of competing tools, it's specifically the additional cost for Remote Help/Intune add-on package vs. Intune no add-on combined with other RMM tools like TeamViewer, ConnectWise, etc. Those are more capable tools at a far lower cost, including when combined with Intune (no add-on). Pay more for less of the functionality you actually use is obviously never an attractive option to present to decision makers.
