If you are trying to view from work, your tenant might restrict access to YouTube. You can bookmark and watch at a later time from home, or watch from a personal device, such as a mobile phone. Here is the YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABrmeg7FpJ8

We are not restricting video access, but your company may be restricting access to YouTube.

  weird. youtube is up and I can see other clips, not yours though, saying it is blocked by Google Administrator and/or network administrator restrictions. Thank you for advises though. Spun up a VM and can watch there.

    Same here first report we got was yesterday. Must be setting in intune blocking this.
