For Remote Help. Is it necessary for the Supporter to have a Device in the same Tenant as the Customer, or can you give help to any Tenant?
Who needs the license if you help as an external help, the one helping or the receiving the help?
I had issues connecting via Remote Help to one of our Customers, my code was never accepted. Neither with an internal nor with my CSP Account, so we had to fall back to other solutions in our Tests with it...
