I know this is not Tunnel or Remote Help related, but we have had more and more issues with the initial setup of devices getting the initial setup "Updating your device" stage and required apps installed, requiring a reset. This is in Android 95% of the time, both phones and tablets. Redoing it usually resolves the issue but we are about to do a large deployment and I cannot manually reset up to 100+ devices.
