- ZebSmithBrass ContributorThis is more of an observation than a question. Currently, if we spin up a developer tenant to test features in Intune, it does not include licenses for many E5 features like Defender, Intune P2 (or whatever it's called), etc. It would help drive adoption of these features if we, as engineers, could more easily create a PoC for our organizations to demonstrate the features that we talk about in events like this and justify the costs.

That concludes today’s Microsoft Intune Suite AMA and the Microsoft Intune Suite Tech Accelerator. Thanks to everyone who was able to join us live - and to those catching up on demand! We'll continue answering through Friday!
- rejohnsonIron ContributorI still don't understand how to get a trial license. It doesn't show up in our Billing blade, only full licenses.

You can get to the individual add-ons or suite by going to Purchase Services in the Microsoft Admin Portal: https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home?#/catalog- rejohnsonIron ContributorI found the tiny link next to the Buy button to "Start free trial". That could be documented better.
- Yusuf_BuhariBrass ContributorDo I need to configure application protection for BYON devices using Tunnel for MAM?
- VasPR999Copper ContributorHi Will there be option in the remote assist to instantly install an app from available Apps in Intune? Like a feature embedded to the RDP window
- marklaytonCopper ContributorI saw on a Microsoft mechanics video that Remote Help will offer an unattended access feature. When may we see this feature light up? Here is a link to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEa5AFBCRbI
- luisvel1615Copper ContributorThank you guys, I asked about two diferent features 1) "Location or Geo Fences" to keep tracked and secure devices for an specific location and 2) About a feature to take control on the device or remote control.

- David_SwensonSteel ContributorFor first line workers using specialty devices (like HoloLens) often do not need the full suite. Right now I am thinking an F3 license plus the Intune Plan 2 add-on. For cases like this where users only need Teams, Outlook (email), and Intune MDM - will there be a "Specialty Device SKU" just for this use case?
- SigurdWernerIron ContributorEspecially if we think about unattended Remote Help on Digital Signages or Kiosk systems we need a licensing that applies for devices since the machines usually run on a non- Azure AD account
- Yusuf_BuhariBrass ContributorCan I integrate Remote Help with other ITSM Solutions such as SolarWinds ITSM?

Thanks for participating in the Tech Accelerator! For reference, the panel covered this topic at around 23:50. - Dave Randall

There isn't any direct linking available for Remote Help to be called from within another ITSM solution at this time. That's great feedback that we'll take into consideration for the future.
