Will it be possible to update bios version for HP, Lenovo, Dell machines direct from Intune? Will there be any update to script section in Intune, such that administrator will be able to see the attached script, & make change in that ?

Yes, as long as the OEM is publishing the BIOS updates. Dell, HP, Lenovo, Surface, and some more are part of the Firmware class of drivers in our inventory today.
