In SCCM it's very easy to establish collections based off installed/uninstalled applications, app versions, and plenty of other queries. Is there any way to dynamically scope deployments of apps and scripts to machines similar to how SCCM could scope collections? Creating dynamic machine groups in Intune appears to be extremely limited. We don't want every single app deployment to be evaluated on every single system unnecessarily if there's a good way to reign in the scope of each deployment.
