Dependent Applications in Intune cannot be uninstalled whether the parent application is installed or not on the device. It is a pain if we want to make an application available both as a standalone and also tied it to a dependency.

Here is an example.
App B tied as a dependency to App A in Intune.App B is installed as a standalone app on a device which does not need App A. The device only has the option to reinstall App B. Once we remove the Dependency in Intune, the uninstall option shows up.
