AMA: Windows updates in Intune: drivers, firmware, and Autopatch

When will documentation improve regarding what is and is not available in different versions of M365 that is also reflected in the interface? I expect that, when I configure something in the interface, it will work as configured -or it will not allow me to configure it. I encounter more configurations that simply do not work -or do not work completely or properly- because licensing prevents the function but not the configuration and this is pretty frustrating and confusing. Alternatively, is there any thought to adding specific function additions for organizations that are just looking for a richer InTune experience and do not have use for or need for all the extra services and functionality that upgrading to a higher level of M365 enables -or is the recommendation in those cases to use a 3rd party MDM?
