I've been searching high and low to find out when/if Intune Remote Help will ever allow for unattended remote access to an Intune device, specifically Windows devices. This is a very important feature that's currently missing, so I'd be interested to learn what other users have deployed.

NoNotMe Thanks for the question, John. We are still working in the unattended remote help as part of the Intune Remote Help solution. We know it's important, and we're actively working on it. We do have unattended Remote Help for Android, it's Windows we are still developing.
