When data is uploaded to the cloud, there are always privacy concerns. Will the data collected by Resource explorer be accessed or shared outside the tenant it's collected from?

You, the Intune admin, are in complete control of what inventory data is collected and only what you specify will be collected for this feature. Nothing will be shared outside of your tenant and nothing is accessible outside of your tenant.
