We don't have cloud connect or anything turned on - 100% on-prem. Right now endpoint.microsoft.com is just a bunch of empty blocks saying ask your admin for rights. What rights do I actually need in azure to do things like timeline, endpoint analytics, or cloud mgmt of on-prem devices?

hi Gibson, thank you for your question. To enable endpoint analytics, one of the requirement is to enable tenant attached (cloud attached) in Config Manager. Full detail can be found https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/analytics/enroll-configmgr
