AMA: Endpoint Privilege Management and Intune Suite

We tested Remote Help about a year ago. The main two drawbacks for us were 1. Cost and 2. The device would log out on session disconnect. Are you able to share details around costings please? Has there been any work done around device log outs as part of the Intune Suite? Justification previously was that if you had elevated to admin for support reasons then the device would hold on to this when disconnecting unless the device signs out. Has this changed at all? The two mentioned above were the main reasons that we didn't process with implementing the feature and still using Remote Takeover through MECM.
