Tenant attach has extended our ability to do ad-hoc scripting and report against devices using SCCM scripts and CMPivot from Intune, but currently we can only do that against single devices. Will this ever be extended to groups?
So just to be clear the question was about triggering CMPivot and SCCM scripts from Intune. In SCCM this is useful in gathering real-time data when troubleshooting or for live monitoring, Intune doesn't do this sort of thing very well if at all. So we have the capability via tenant attach but can only trigger these against single devices. Much like not being able to see group assignments from the group side, being able to build an app inventory report or not being able to perform actions against groups etc is quite a limiting factor. So in different ways we're going back into SCCM a lot more than we should need to.
