We have various issues with devices taking ages (hours) to check in after an "Is Active" fail, respond to Wipe/Reset commands etc. Is there a report on device check in performance?

It's on my desk, next to me. My concern is I issue a command to nuke a machine and nothing happens for half a day dispute the machine being on.
