How does one get assistance with specific Android devices when the vendor, like Honeywell, doesn't support Intune because they have their own MDM? Does Microsoft have teams I can work with that look at major vendors like Honeywell, Samsung, Google?

MicrosoftCan you elaborate a bit on the type of assistance you are looking for? We don't have limitations on enrolling OEM providers such as Honeywell, Samsung, and Google.
- Our Honeywell barcode scanners install firmware and required apps at bootup and have no "user" for interaction with Company Portal, etc. Trying to get the Intune profile integrated into the firmware package but not successful and Honeywell won't help.

Updating Honeywell Devices is such a pain -they don't offer OTA Updates. I see Microsoft is providing FOTA for Zebra devices - are there any plans to support that for Honeywell?
