This isn’t GA. What Microsoft means to say is this:
“We needed to launch Copilot on Nov 1st, for financial reason but it isn’t ready. So it’s GA for enterprise clients with 300+ users with Microsoft 365 E5/3 licenses who Microsoft permits to join the program.”
The term GA is being thrown around without context of minimum requirements. Check out their stock price on Nov 1 after the announcement.
I’m an enterprise customer, it isn’t GA for me as I don’t have 300+ users which means it isn’t GA for enterprise customers.

Agreed. Would be nice if Microsoft shared what their intentions/timeline are for Copilot for SMBs/Consumers.
I don't mind if it's late (2nd Half 2024), I don't mind if there's an upcharge for it, but just...let us know.
