Unleash Your Potential with Microsoft 365 Copilot: An AMA to Ignite your Productivity
Event details
Welcome to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Ask Microsoft Anything (AMA)! This live hour gives you the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Microsoft team. Please post any questions in a separate, new comment thread on this event.
We also would like you to know that we thank you for you strong interest in Copilot for Microsoft 365. We acknowledge the disappointment about last week's GA news. Ahead of enterprise GA, we had a chance to learn from and co-create with our early access enterprise customers. In September, we expanded the early access program to do the same with small businesses and entrepreneurs. This testing allows us to gather real-life feedback and fine-tune the product experience for their unique needs. We'll have more to share on broader availability for small businesses in the coming months.
- JPRdyNetNov 09, 2023Brass ContributorHi Sarah. It is disappointing to hear that we cannot receive any additional guidance now on the SMB market availability question. Our customers are clamoring for 365 Copilot (which is a good thing!), yet we are unable to tell them what calendar quarter they will be able to purchase or if there will be a minimum number of licenses. In lieu of that, we minimally expect to know when these questions will be answered. "In the coming months" is far too vague. Help us help you, Microsoft!
- Sarah_GilbertNov 09, 2023Silver ContributorFirstly, I want to express our sincere appreciation for your engagement with Microsoft 365 Copilot and for voicing the concerns that are top of mind for you and your customers. We understand that having specific details is crucial for planning and managing expectations, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused by the current uncertainty. While I don't have the exact details you're seeking at this very moment, please know that your message underscores the importance of this information for our small and medium business (SMB) partners and customers. We are actively working to finalize the details around the availability and licensing requirements and we aim to share this information with the specificity you need as swiftly as possible. "In the coming months" is indeed a broad timeframe, and it's clear that more precise information would be beneficial. Our team is pushing hard to provide you with a more defined timeline and clearer guidance. We are also exploring ways to ensure that when the information is released, it is communicated effectively and promptly to our community members like yourself. Your eagerness to support and sell Microsoft 365 Copilot is a testament to the value we hope to deliver. We ask for a bit more patience and assure you that we are listening and taking your feedback to heart. As soon as we have an update, we will share it with the community here, and we will make every effort to ensure it reaches all our partners and customers directly. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to better serve our community. Your role in this process is invaluable, and we are grateful for the support and feedback that helps us improve.

Hi Sarah, thank you for arranging this hour. I have a question about the functionality of copilot within Microsoft 365. I have been using the version that was launched on the 1st of November and though I am finding it useful it appears though that the colpilots work in isolation to each other. Do you have plans in the future to combine copilots together?
