Did understand correctly that at this time if documents are encrypted that Copilot will not be able to access the document, even if the user has permissions to the encrypted document?
Encryption on documentsdefines who has access to the document and what permission it has. If the person has view permission, then the document can be opened in Office apps, but Copilot will not have permission to the encrypted document.
