How do we quantify AI results given varied user outcomes, and how can we shift from the old-fashioned training to team collaboration and knowledge sharing sessions with AI for efficiency to boost adoption rates and balance productivity gains? Does anyone have any creative ways to TEACH people how to use Copilot?
Hi Melissa - I'm Kate and I'm the founder of MVM Strategies. We help companies learn how to use Copilot through pilots with their teams around specific scenarios. Since the product is rapidly changing, our tests constantly change and we rely on group labs to help us all learn together, specific for each company scenario. It's worked, and it's more fun to experiment in a group setting.
