How do we quantify AI results given varied user outcomes, and how can we shift from the old-fashioned training to team collaboration and knowledge sharing sessions with AI for efficiency to boost adoption rates and balance productivity gains? Does anyone have any creative ways to TEACH people how to use Copilot?
- There are a ton of great Copilot training and adoption resources for various audiences. I recommend starting at https://adoption.microsoft.com/en-us/copilot/. The scenario library can be particularly helpful and is different from traditional training options. I would also check out Copilot Academy which is now available through Viva Learning to anyone with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/viva-learning-blog/microsoft-copilot-academy-now-available-to-all-microsoft-365/ba-p/4229957. Is there a community, or a place where people are working/talking about training for Copilot? If not, is Microsoft planning on offering a collaboration space for TRAINING specifically?

Hi Melissa - we're working on something like this for the next quarter, but in the meantime, the Trainer Kit in the Copilot Success Kit https://aka.ms/Copilot/SuccessKit has materials and the Driving Adoption forum https://aka.ms/DrivingAdoption (home of the Microsoft 365 Champion community but open to everyone) is a good community space to ask questions and find peers.
