Is there any development in Copilot for Retrieval Augumented Generation based on documents available in a Sharepoint Library?

Declarative agents will automatically do RAG on SharePoint documents when specified as knowledge sources.

    What is meant by "specified as knowledge sources"? Does that mean using the attachment feature in the chat input box? Or mentioning the document by name? Or is there some kind of special tagging I should be doing to make documents recognized as "knowledge sources"?
