Is Microsoft 365 Copilot (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/copilot/enterprise) a part of the in-scope cloud services covered by Microsoft Business Association Agreement?
The BAA says that the in-scope services can be found on this page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/compliance/regulatory/offering-hipaa-hitech. This page mentions “Microsoft Copilot for Security” but does not mention Microsoft 365 Copilot. I also see a different page, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/admin-certification, that says that “Microsoft Copilot Studio is covered under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Business Associate Agreement (BAA).” My understanding is that Microsoft Copilot Studio is NOT the same thing as Microsoft 365 Copilot. If Microsoft 365 Copilot IS covered by Microsoft’s HIPAA BAA can you please explain which service listed on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/compliance/regulatory/offering-hipaa-hitech Microsoft 365 Copilot falls under AND what is in writing that demonstrates this.
