- When is the adoption guidance coming out for governance and doing pilot programs?

- Will there be any harmony between M365 Copilot + Bing Chat for Enterprise and if so what?

Can you give a better sense of what you're looking for re: harmony between the two? Bing Chat Enterprise is intended to bring the same capabilities of Bing Chat into work settings through added commercial data protection (no Microsoft eyes on data, we don't train models with your data, and we don't store your data). Microsoft 365 Chat has the added enterprise security and privacy features. In addition to that, it's connected to your Graph data.
- Thank you. I meant will they work together in any way or should they be thought of totally separate? If you have both could you search graph related content in Bing chat for enterprise as an example. IS there any benefit to having both products.
- What sources are the generative AI functions pulling from? Can copilot be trained to pull from private, internal visual sources?
- Hey Erin, Microsoft 365 Copilot uses a combination of various GPT models, including GPT 4. As for the Semantic Index, it's currently text-based.
Will it be possible to configure copilot to consider some documents more than others? For example:
- A manual (saved in 'x' folder) would be more important than an email.
- A Company's folder in onedrive would be more important than Teams conversations.
- DanNarlochHi Juan, Thanks for the question. Currently there is not a way to prioritize one document more than another. Copilot will leverage all available documents and information with view access for that user into the Microsoft graph and will all be used as contextual information for Copilot to pull as relevant to the need.
- Are there any compliance controls available to apply to employee prompts? There are regulatory limitations to how AI can be used and having the ability to address them with compliance policies would greatly improve our ability to adopt/deploy M365 Copilot and BCE.
- Hey Stephen, like Bing, Microsoft 365 Copilot leverages Azure Content Moderator which is an AI service that augments human review and monitors for content that is potentially offensive, risky, or otherwise undesirable. More will be shared on admin controls in future as well.
- I have been testing CoPilot in Microsoft Teams a lot and I enjoy it as a member of the CoPilot EAP. - Hey Eric, thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you're enjoying Copilot. Nothing to share on SharePoint integration right now, but some of the features shared in the link you provided are available like SharePoint in Teams.
Is it possible to configure the data sources that Sematic Indexing is looking at? For example limiting certain data source or types? (in any other way than with access rights which of course should work)

- How will you be able to troubleshoot issues with Copilot?
- To add to this question: today there is very little available in the admin beyond assigning a license and some very rudimentary use info. Are there any plans to provide better telemetry and reporting to help identify issues with the service?

- Is it possible to get history of the prompts used within our organization?

- Does a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot add any additional capability to the Power Platform? And if so, what will that be and when will it come to the EAP?
